Installing the
T434R water level
transmitter/controller
Suitable for installation in all
types of non pressurized water and rainwater tanks including concrete water tanks and
underground water tanks
Step 1
Drill 5 holes using the drill template that has
been supplied.
Step 2 Feed the depth sensor cable from inside the
water tank through the cover plate
and screw down the cover plate. If you intend
to install the sensor at a location where you cannot reach to feed
the cable from inside, you will have to drill a 22mm hole into the
tank, so that the sensor can be dropped down into the tank. Feed the
sensor cable through the cover plate and screw the plate down.
Step 3
Pull the depth sensor cable through
the cover plate so
that it is positioned at the same level as the water tank outlet.
Step 4
Connect the depth sensor wires to the Tank Unit, and
screw the Tank Unit down onto the tank
(2 screws).
Step 5 Connect an external 12 to 24V DC
power source to the Tank Unit.
Step 6 Set the Water Depth,
High Level % and the Low Level %. These dials will control the
levels at which the relay will switch on and off.
Step 7
Connect the relay to your pump
controller, valve or any other device.
Step 8 Test communications with the Command Module by using the
Communications Test
switch. Put the cover on. - AQUAMETA is now ready to start
controlling your water pump or valve.
Note: The T434R Tank
Unit can be used as a stand-alone control unit or can transmit water
tank levels to the R1 or R5 water level display units.
