Delivery policy
Anadex Labs will confirm by email or telephone receipt
of your order and the expected dispatch date. In
general, items are shipped within 24 hours of payment
confirmation. If any item is not in stock, we will
inform you of the expected dispatch date. This rarely
exceeds 5 working days. If this does not meet with your
approval, we will refund your full payment.

Items are
posted within Australia.
Delivery times vary according to location and range from
2 to 5 working days. You may request that your order be
sent by courier or express post. Note that additional
fees will apply in this instance.
Delivery methods for
US - International
All orders
are sent via Express Couriers International (ECI). This
facility provides you with a tracking code that enables
you to track the progress of your parcel over the
internet. Expect delivery within 5 working days.
Returned
merchandise and refunds
Merchandise that is returned to Anadex Labs because
it does not meet your needs will be refunded in full
provided that:

is received by Anadex Labs undamaged and unaltered

contacted us by phone or email within 3 days of
receiving the item requesting a refund. We will
supply you with a refund reference number.

shipped the merchandise to us within 7 days of

Credit card
details and security
Anadex Labs does not store
your credit card or bank details in any form.
Consumers that use links from our site to other payment
gateways need to check with these institutions regarding
their policy and security provisions in relation to
credit card details. Note that Anadex Labs is not
supplied with your credit card details when using any of
