How does it work?
The level probe is suspended from the top onto the bottom of the tank. The AN4000 level sensor uses the latest technology to sense the pressure of the water above it. The pressure is converted to an electrical signal and then transmitted through via the cable to the display unit. The level is displayed on a meter dial on the display unit as a percentage of the maximum depth. When the AN4000 is powered by an external 12v DC power source, the meter permanently displays the current level. On battery powered units, the level is displayed when the button on the front panel is pressed.
